Seamless, effortless, and strange to have a smile on my face when talking about a bank. Fantastic customer support (albeit, on had to contact them once, which could also be construed as a ‘good thing’). Where I view most other banking constitutions to be the Crows, carry on innovating Starling. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Straightforward, decent and honest

Unlike other challenger banks Starling has not used (short term) gimmicks or teasers to gain subscribers, then move the goalposts once you're onboard. Nor do they try and jam you with 3rd party product under the premise that they're opening your eyes (to the obvious)...
