Easy

Simply the best bank ever. It is SO simple to operate I almost feel like I'm cheating!! Customer service is second to none. And with mental health problems, the fact that I don't have to do phoning or visiting branches - it's wonderful. If all the companies I dealt with were this good, my life would be magical.
