Quick, efficient and easy

I opened an account because Starling were one of two uk banks to operate Garmin Pay. From opening the account to connecting Garmin and using the account everything has been incredibly straightforward and efficient. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Forward thinking bank

I initially joined starling for the commission free transactions when spending abroad but quickly became impressed with their ethos and their app. They are forward thinking and make banking easy. Fantastic and easy to use

I've been using Starling for over a year now and it is by far the best product I have used in over 20 years. The ability to control what the card can do, disable it etc. is brilliant. Why do other banks not offer this?! The super fast notifications for spending money are excellent, and the app is so easy to use. Very happy customer! Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Banking as it should be: simple and reliable

Banking with Starling is beautifully simple. Everything can be done through their beautifully-designed app, but on the couple of occasions I've called their customer service line I've reached a very helpful person almost immediately. The contrast with the beaurocracy and complication that I've experienced with traditional banks couldn't be greater. I'd recommend to anyone to switch to Starling. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
