Easy and straight forward

Lost for words

Being a member of the Armed Forces it is always good to be prepared to move, often overseas, at very short notice... ...a month into my time with Starling Bank, I was sent to Germany where I remained for 2.5 years. From there I visited the UK, Holland, France, Greece, Turkey and Cyprus. Throughout all of that, I never paid a single bank charge due and never missed a payment, thanks to the fair, friendly and innovative service that this bank provides. I have simply fallen in love with this Service and am seriously considering using them for my business banking needs when I get to a stage where it is required. Thank you so much. Very proficient, we have needed to contact the bank by phone from abroad on two occasions (our fault......forgot password). On each occasion we had brilliant customer service. They stayed on the line and took us through every stage with such patience and waited until we had made our payment successfully. So easy to make withdrawals from cash machines when overseas... and no hidden charges with a great exchange rate. Thank you Starling. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
