Simple and efficient

I have current accounts with Lloyds, TSB and Halifax, I added Starling as I wanted a joint account with my wife. The set up is so simple and all at home, I now have a linked savings account, I added my own photo to motivate me, it's just a fresh bank without decades of history restricting it. Love it! A fresh take on banking which has encouraged me to go contactless giving me confidence.

As an older person I have had concerns about using contactless technology. Starling khas demonstrates how safe this is and gives me real time information. The traditional big banks need to learn from this. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Best Bank yet

Since I started using Starling, I've controlled my spending more, they message me everytime i spend, that makes me feel comfortable and safe, transferring money to a friend with a Starling account is easy too, we both love this Bank and are spreading the word, more and more of our friends are now using it. A straightforward new way to bank

Starling is a new simple way to bank for a modern person who is salaried. No charges, pays a little interest on balances, and is simple to use. The App is very logically thought and laid out and has great functionality. Switching was easy and there were no glitches. No been with Starling for 18 months and cannot think of a reason to move. My only criticism is of the change to punitive overdraft rates where the latest rules from the FCA have induced all banks to raise overdraft rates to ridiculous levels.
