Fantastic

Since changing over from the ‘big’ names, this is without doubt the best bank I’ve ever used. It’s so simple, clear, easy and very very good. It makes the other ones look silly, and shows just how greedy and a rip off they all are. But not starling Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Amazing bank and app

The Starling app is easy to navigate and use, and miles ahead in terms of technology and user friendly compared to apps for ‘normal’ banks which I also use. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Excellent Banking facility

From the start of opening my account it has been seamless and I have been made to feel like their number one customer. The card packaging and ease of set up was so simple. The app is user friendly and self explanatory and allows me to do everything on my account. The fact I can email customer services and you actually get a reply and indeed a call back means that starling are way ahead the rest in customer service. I cannot wait until they offer Mortages - I hope they revolutionise the market life they have banking !
