Easy to understand what you spend

I've switched banks just recently because of my old bank did not have an up to date banking app, and I haven't been saving much money. Starling is different and allows you to save money and see how much and where you spend. You can use spaces, where you deposit your savings to many things and also you can round up your spendings to the nearest pound towards the savings Definitely recommend. Great Product

Best switch I ever did

I’m very glad I switched to starling, right from the word go I was kept informed with everything that was happening with my switch from nationwide, the banking app is also very informative and easy to use, it has everything you need to bank in the modern world with full control over your money and Card, they also have a 24hr chat which is U.K. based and very knowledgeable, I recommend them to everyone I know Best bank ever Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

New way to bank

Having only ever had a ‘traditional’ current account from various big name banks, frankly Starling shows you both; A) how they have been pretty much getting away with offering customers peanuts in terms of services B) what a massive leap forward in banking Starling and other similar type banks (Monzo etc) have made. I think for the simplicity of both the initial setup and day to day access and facilities, no other bank comes close. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

A Breath of Fresh Air

Its great to have a bank that's clear, easy to use, and with a banking app that makes managing your money incredibly easy, the instant spend notifications made me aware instantly of a fraudulent transaction through my Paypal account, customer service has been exceptional and helpful on the rare occasion I've had to use them. Fast efficient & there when you need them

Decided to use less cash. Started by putting a little in & testing everything eg cash withdrawals transfers, which go through instantly. Shop & online purchases too. It all just works & keeps me up to Date Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Easiest account ever

Without a doubt the best experience setting up and using an account. In an age where everything is going digital anyway it is super easy to navigate, the post office deposits mean far more ‘branches’ than other banks and the fee less overseas transaction was a real draw for us! Fantastically easy

It’s obvious why businesses are targeting metrics like net easy score these days. Having experienced the ease of setting up and using an account with Starling, it’s clear to me just how needlessly complex traditional banking really is.
