Banking the way it should be

Simply astounding!

From the simplicity of opening the account, to the day to day usage, nothing could be more simple. I am amazed that I don't need to go into a bank, I can do everything from my app. The customer service is great, quick simple answers and everything is possible - never had a problem. The ability to budget and save in pots is awesome too - just what I need and the categories help me see what I am spending and about to. Simple and astounding - simply astounding! Amazingly easy to use and brilliant support

The best bank around

I've been with Starling since October 2018 and it's the best banking decision I've made. Everything, from top to bottom, has been efficient. The app is great, the customer service is excellent (the live chat feature is especially good) and the instant notifications on my phone has changed my outlook on my spending and budgeting each month. As previously mentioned, the live chat feature for me is one of the best things about Starling. I think I've lost days of my life waiting in a queue on the phone to my previous bank. The maximum I've waited with Starling is a couple of minutes. I will soon be starting my own business, and for me opening a business account with Starling will be a no brainer, even if it's only half as good as my current account! Best of luck with the awards. Excellent friendly ethical bank

There isn’t anything that this bank can’t do anything in comparison to High street Banks which I have all but abandoned now I have starling. Really innovative and forward thinking 24/7 chat available and always help me with any issues I may face, I have personal account, joint account t and euro account and the staff are the best, in particular Ann Boden, great bank, great team of people.
