Just great banking all round!

I switched to Starling Bank after many years suffering bland, non-intuitive banking with very little customer service. Starling has a beautiful and intelligent interface. Customer support is almost immediate and appears to scale with the number of new customers signing up. Gone are the days where banking errors occur due to multiple departments of a bank not communicating with one another. Very happy with the bank and our joint account allows us to keep well on top of our spending and create personal spending goals too. Reviewed on: 15th December 2019

Great Banking experience

I could open account very quickly. It has Video feature instead of only photo, increasing security in case of any issues. ALso the support is available in mail, call or on web-chat. I love it!

The app is incredible. I love that it's real-time, you can easily request money via any platform (mainly whatsapp in my case) or even from people close-by. The spending section is great for putting away money. You can tell from the social accounts that these guys just get it - they're real people with sense of humours. Keep going Starling!
