New Era of Brand - Excellent Bank

Joined Starling when I began my graduate job. Barclays had been the only bank I had ever used. So much ease with starling, no funny business, no delays in transferring money, helps you watch your spending - the option to make multiple saving jars is amazing. App is clear and clean, a bank that has given back control to the customer. I would recommend this to every graduate, that needs to adjust to a new wave of income. The little memos you get on your iphone when you buy stuff, also works well to shame you into spending appropriately. Customer service team is wonderful, they help you directly and swiftly. Brillaints

starling seem to be the only bank to have asked customers what they want and then offered it, without constant caveats of “but we need this security device” or “but you need to have this default setting for budgeting” or “but that’s too hard, have this instead”. A bank which you are excited to have. Who would have thought it.

Overall, the app and customer service is brilliant. There hasn't been one problem using the product and with all the added features over my normal bank, it's a joy to use. The ability to track transactions by merchants has helped me cut down on unnecessary spending and helps towards budgeting each month. I can't wait to see what other features they bring out that will help with budgeting. Reviewed on: 7th November 2019

Super easy app based banking
