Control And Effectiveness

The app provides a great user experience. Support team is kind and competent and available. I feel I have full control over my finances, what goes in/out and where. Revolutionary Bank in the palm of your hand

Signed up to starling to see what they were like (like I had with other "APP Banks") but after 6 months...only starling is left on my phone. They are streamlined, dont bombard you with other things you may not need. If you want to see them, there is a market place to have a look at. Great rates, UK bank, trustworthy and transparent. We have also progressed to hosting some of our Commerical Banking with Starling. Reviewed on: 6th November 2019

Best Bank Out There

An innovative bank 24/7 customer service who always strive to resolve your query. Notifications of incoming, outgoing and pending transactions are great for keeping track of your finances and the lack of bank charges is fantastic. Easy to us and brilliant for budgeting and saving

Still the best current account!

I've been with Starling Bank since November 2017. In that time I've moved all my banking to them and they've continually improved the services on offer. They still provide unlimited free cash withdrawals abroad, unlike most other banks that have an upper limit on how much you can withdraw, along with fee-free spending in any currency. They have introduced free cash deposits at any Post Office. You can round up your transactions and save the pennies in a "Goal" - a great way of saving without even realising you're doing it! There are really useful spending insights by category and merchant. You get advance notification of Direct Debits leaving your account and incoming BACS credits. Payee management is very easy - you can set up one contact then attach multiple bank accounts to them. All of this with no hidden fees, very fair overdraft rates and great customer service. I recommend Starling Bank to all my friends and family and am really looking forward to see what innovations they introduce to the app next! Reviewed on: 6th November 2019

Starling Bank is now used as my main bank account.

Starling Bank has proven to be bank of choice. The customer service is too notch and really helped when I lost my card abroad. The notifications are brilliant to allow me to keep track of how much is leaving and coming into my account. I also enjoy the marketplace where it allows your account to be connected to other financial apps to further enhance your money. Reviewed on: 6th November 2019

Absolutely amazing
