I've recommended it to everyone i know and they love it!

It's the best banking app for the modern world. Everything's digital and so quick you can speak to a customer service team and get all your questions answered within minutes. It makes saving so easy because you have folders you can put savings into for different things. It also tells you what you've spent and puts your spending into categories so you can see what percent of your earnings you spend on what. Would highly recommend if you're fed up of the long processes of standard banks and if you want to keep track of your spending and save. Reviewed on: 6th November 2019

It's all so easy.

I opened a Starling account just over a year ago and although I am totally familiar with online banking, these people have taken it to another level. Best FinTech bank - grown up and reliable!

Just an epic bank

I have been a fully switched over current account holder for roughly a year now and hands down has been the best "banking experience" I have had to date, where my previous accounts have been held with the likes of FirstDirect, HSBC, NatWest. Starling is so far ahead of these traditional brick and morter banks that it now just doesn't compare, what Starling offer, the instant notifications and feedback on purchases and getting notified of any upcoming transactions is just a few of the many things I really love about Starling. Beyond this, the customer service experience is second to none, I thankfully have had to have very little contact but the times I have my problems/queries have been resolved.... every time. Best British Bank

Fantastic, intuitive app to help you manage your money. And the debit card is unbeatable for travel! And I travel a lot! Customer Service helpful and prompt on the rare occasion you need it. Definitely the best British Bank. I have moved everything from NatWest. Reviewed on: 6th November 2019

A banking app designed for shoppers with smarts, savvy and style

Signed up for a card after a very efficient and good-humoured customer service chat experience. I could use the mobile app almost instantly, with the card arriving in no time and in elaborate packaging made me feel special. The app is superb - the user interface is simple but very effective, the spending categories are cleverly segmented and push notifications are perfectly informative and not at all pushy. It’s a breath of fresh air. Before Starling I banked with an established British bank whose mobile banking app could only do the basics - no spending categorisation, no savings pots. I haven’t left the bank altogether yet (joint account and savings builder account remain) but my day to day spending is fully Starling and I love it! Reviewed on: 6th November 2019

Just brilliant

The flexibility of the overdraft facility, and without any flat charges has made a big difference to me. The overdraft fees with my previous bank were prohibitive. I also love the fact that your balance is calculated in real time, so there’s no having to remember what you spent a few days ago to figure out how much money you actually have.
