Convenient to open and use.

Opening a Starling Bank account was so simple and quick. It is all app based, and I didn't have to go onto a branch to verify my identity or address....it is all done via the app. The app is easy to use and has a convenient savings function where many savings "pockets" can be created to help you budget and save for various things. You can deposit cash into your account at the Post Office, and withdraw cash from any cash machine. It's also great for purchases when you travel, as Starling doesn't charge you for using your card on holiday. Reviewed on: 6th November 2019

A bank for the times

We switched to Starling Bank following a flurry of terrible customer service from our "traditional high street bank". We haven't looked back since. The switch was quick and easy, and everything after that has been great. App-based banking designed from the ground up means instant notifications and real-time spending updates - no second guessing where your money is, or where its going. And when we have needed to contact their (UK-based) customer services they have understood the issue and been swift to reply. We recommend Starling Bank to all our friends and family. Great bank

It’s a great bank. Notifications of payments made are done immediately. Using abroad is excellent. No charges. As banks are closing this is as good a bank as you still get help from staff though the app. Reviewed on: 5th November 2019
