This back has shifted my expectations on what a bank should be. Instant notifications and a great app. I've not had to contact customer services for a long time because everything is so easy. I love Starling - it's so easy to manage my money and I love being able to budget by putting money aside into savings goals. They're always adding new features as well like euro accounts and online banking which is great. The customer service is also very helpful and available 24/7 which is reassuring.
