Accessible, Reliable and Intuitive

I have used several 'challenger' online-only banks, but I have found Starling to be the easiest, most reliable, and accessible to use. I have make cash or cheque deposits as Post Offices, and access a wealth of capabilities from their very well organised and intuitive mobile application. I particularly like the notification 1-day prior to payment, of Direct Debits, really handy. The only thing that might be missing is a browser-based web application, however I understand this is on the roadmap too. Reviewed on: 5th November 2019

Fantastic, flexible bank with great app

Opened a Starling account before our honeymoon to New Zealand. We were drawn by the zero charge to use the card abroad, plus free cash withdrawals. Extremely helpful, and we could track everything on the app straight away. Have used it at home and abroad ever since and it's been seamless. Raved about it to my husband and my brother so much, they both opened accounts too and love using Starling just as much as I do! Reviewed on: 5th November 2019
