Excellent, modern online bank

Fantastic ease and product

I haven't had a fault since opening my starling account, I've used it abroad in different continents including Europe, Asia, Africa and South America. I've had brilliant exchange rates, clear understanding of my spend and got better rates than my friends! THE BEST TRAVEL CARD AND DAY TO DAY SPENDING CARD CURRENT AVAILABLE! Easy to use and ahead of the game

Had an account with Starling for nearly 2 years and couldn't be happier. From the instant notifications of spend or incoming money, the card and account security methodology, to using the card abroad with the massive currency charge savings, make this a service I now wouldn't do without. Always makes me laugh seeing adverts from other banks spouting on about new features, card freeze etc, knowing that Starling had these from the outset. When the competition finally catch up with the Starling functions like marketplace, maybe I'll consider changing, but with Starling adding more and more useful services, I can't see that happening anytime soon. I have probably used every aspect of the Starling service over the period and interaction with the service, app or support team is always first rate. Keep it up Starling!
