Wasnt expecting them to be so good

Joining was easy to do. Contacting them by the app is always quick and there when you need them. The security it intelligent and confirms only when needed. And the round up savings always keeps those pennies to one side when you need them! Always recommend to friends and family. 5 stars all round! Reviewed on: 4th November 2019

Believe the hype! Excellent bank

After 18 years I with another bank, I moved to Starling, Excellent customer services, instant payment notifications, upcoming payments. They have a great app. Referred a number of family, friends and co workers. Believe the hype and make the move. Reviewed on: 4th November 2019

Takes banking into the 21st century. It's about time.

Starling offers features that other Banks could and should bigger, but don't. The instant push notifications on every transaction is a great tool to help manage money. Sure the bank might lose a bit on the people not going overdrawn, but they've created a bank that puts the customer first. Starling are leading the way. Reviewed on: 4th November 2019

How banking should be

A breath of fresh air. Easy, instant feedback on expenditure and deposits. Easy to make payments and transfers to other people. Any problems are dealt with with friendly efficiency within minutes. Staff all well trained and have the answers. Easy to access any support - no trail of numbers and departments.
