Banking as it should be

Traditional banks are shadowy, monolithic entities that are slow to change and absolutely do not put the customer first. Starling Bank is better in every conceivable way. I have a current account with improved features over time. I can reach a customer service agent - an actual human - in seconds without jumping through hoops.
