Excellent, serous competitor

This bank has an excellent app interface that helps me keep track of my spending, save money, and is aesthetically pleasing. I like their website which also contains useful tools, as well as articles that contain tips on various financial services, and are interesting to read. The card also looks excellent, and charges no fees for foreign currency transactions. Nothing negative to say about Starling. Reviewed on: 20th April 2019

Best bank by far!

Switching to this bank was the best thing I ever did! The switch service was very fast and actually worked with all my incoming and outgoings, and even transferred all my saved payees! They dont have ridiculous bank charges and I love the app! The rounding up saving spaces is the only way I have ever managed to save successfully! Such a brilliant idea! Reviewed on: 9th April 2019

Best bank I have used

Everything about Starling bank has been great. Being solely available to use on an app, banking with Starling has been intuitive, fast and also profitable as they actually pay interest unlike many mainstream banks. I have had to contact customer services a couple of times with simple queries and the online chat through the app has sufficed, with quick responses. I much prefer this to having to call and the app makes it so simple. Since I began using it more features have been added, the app has been improved and I actually enjoy banking with them. DISGRACEFUL

Don't not trust this bank with your money I have had my account shut for no reason I know off whatsoever and then being told they cant tell me why and then saying there was no funds in my account when I know full well there was I will be taking this issue all the way DON'T SAY YOU WASN'T WARNED Reviewed on: 25th March 2019

Offered me £750 incentive to switch but kept the money.

I was offered a £750 incentive to switch banks from Natwest to Starling. I made the switch and was expecting my incentive to be credited to my new account "Within 7 days" The switch happened however 9 days later and the incentive payment still hasn't been credited to my new account. So far I have contacted Starling twice and all they say is "Someone from the Business switch team will be in contact with you" Please think seriously before switching your bank account to Starling. Best bank account i ever had

No other bank offers a current account like this, fee free internationally for both cash and purchases, a wonderful app, Apple Pay and all that you would expect from a bank but more. Reviewed on: 8th March 2019

Most convenient bank
