Amazing bank

I am delighted with Starting Bank. It is easy to set up the app and very user friendly. I particularly like the real time account balance and instant notification together with notifications of pending direct debits. Customer service is exceptional- no waiting on the phone and always accessible. It is the way forward in banking. I have recommended to friends/family . Reviewed on: 10th February 2019

A role-model for banks

Everything I would want from a bank

From ease of opening an account to payments and tracking your spending Starling is so simple. Whilst I’m only using the account for basic services everything Starling provides is better than my other bank accounts and has now became my main current account. The best bank account ever!

I've been extremely pleased with my account. Very use to use, transfer money. The notification feature is great. You know how much money you spends at any time. Knowing how much you're charged when abroad is another great feature. The best rates when exchanging too. Highly recommended. All my friends and family are switching to Starling!!! Easy customer service, simple yet effective app, quick payments to friends and transparent balance details, all with a bank that gives great interest and doesn't charge me the earth for going abroad. Efficiency at its best

The bank’s app is extremely user friendly that I don’t really have to contact customer service. However in the even that I’ve had to (a recent payment error by a vendor during an overseas trip) Starling helped resolve this through the in-app chat. Great customer experience.
