The best bank account ever!

I've been extremely pleased with my account. Very use to use, transfer money. The notification feature is great. You know how much money you spends at any time. Knowing how much you're charged when abroad is another great feature. The best rates when exchanging too. Highly recommended. All my friends and family are switching to Starling!!! Starling is the future

Easy customer service, simple yet effective app, quick payments to friends and transparent balance details, all with a bank that gives great interest and doesn't charge me the earth for going abroad. Efficiency at its best

The bank’s app is extremely user friendly that I don’t really have to contact customer service. However in the even that I’ve had to (a recent payment error by a vendor during an overseas trip) Starling helped resolve this through the in-app chat. Great customer experience. Money made simple

Joined online and set up was slick and easy. Love the look and feel of the website, and the delivery of the card and subsequent replacement was excellent. No hard sell tactics but plenty of information to get you interested in taking control of your finances. Brillent marketing which will help the younger generation understand their finances and plan for the future without the stuffiness of old bank practices. Love it. Reviewed on: 10th February 2019
