l love it too

Just like the business account the personal account I like a lot, the app is easy to use, they approve it in less than 24 hours, I really like the security, in general l love it too. Reviewed on: 10th February 2019

Top Notch customer sefvice

I cannot fault the service, the online chat, the ease of setting up the account, the App, the great foreign exchange rate using card overseas, ease of. Locking and I kicking card and choosing.security settings. EVERTYHING is fantastic. AND incredibly I get interest on.my credit balance! How great is that?!! Basics are good but they cannot deal with problems

I enjoyed the banking experience with Starling for a month BUT then I lost my card and they couldnt get me connected to my original account - after a week of trying! I had to close the account and ask for my money to be POSTED to me haha Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

So easy to setup and use

Money transfers are instantaneous. I get a notification when I spend or receive any money. And I can check the date, time, address and who I spent money with all within the app. It even has a map so I can check where I was when I spent what I did. Superb! Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
