Amazing performance from anywhere

I use Starling Bank from inside and outside EU and have immediate results either transferring funds or payments in Hotels and shops. Customer support is there if needed . My expenditure is recorded in the app - altogether an amazing banking experience Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Just fantastic!

Since using this app banking has not been the same! So much functionality and cool in-app features to take advantage of. Would highly recommend to any friend. One improvement would be to add personalised cards but this is not essential and not effecting their score!! Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

A 5* banking experience

Since switching to Starling in 2018 I’ve had a phenomenal experience. Their customer service is fast and responsive, I’m always given heads up if there are any issues on their end, new features and products are rolled out rapidly. After being a Halifax customer for 20 years and barely seeing any improvements in my banking experience, Starling has been a breath of fresh air. Fast, seamless, easy and intuitive

We needed a joint current account for our social life and holiday funds and didn’t want to pay overseas commission if we went abroad. The Money Expert recommended Starling, and we were able to open individual accounts first and then create a joint account without even leaving the comfort of the sofa! It is an amazing service. We still chuckle each time one of us pays for something and we get the notification on our phones before even leaving the bar/shop/restaurant, we once times it and it took 3 seconds! Keeps me financially organised!

Starling Bank has really helped me get on top of my finances. It is simple to use and easy to navigate. It encourages saving and I am achieving this for the first time in years. I particularly love the ‘pots’ it provides, enabling you to see at a glance how you’re funds can be separated out to account for the various outgoings. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
