A bank built for the people

As a customer of Starling, I feel valued as a customer - very much unlike my previous experiences with traditional high street bank where I felt like I owed them something for their services! The entire service by Starling has been designed and built around the customer rather than the banking industry - I never knew I could actually enjoy sorting out my finances. Great Online Bank!

I already wrote a review, but wasn't logged in. I really love Starling Bank, it's very easy to set up they have a great attention to details. I also love the "spaces" implementation and the additional functionalities they're adding every month. I don't use it as main account as they don't supply mortgages for now, but I will certainly re-consider as soon as they open the EUR account as well! Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

The bank of tomorrow - today

Starling delivers banking to fit the needs and demands of the way we need to manage personal money today, but is constantly evolving and changing to provide its customers with the facilities and services they'll look to have tomorrow, whilst providing the facility of 'talking' with a real person at ANY time of day or night, all year; to deal with any queries promptly - and 99% of the time, effectively. That's a saitisfaction rating that any company would strive to achieve. Starling has, and keeps it up. After banking with traditional 'High St' banks for 40 years, Starling has transformed how I manage my finances and I can't praise it enough. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Innovative, straight forward bank

Fantastic bank

Been with Starling under a year but it’s a fantastic bank to be with. They update your bank instantly with any transactions, you get notifications, you can easily round up purchases and put the ‘spare change’ into savings; customer service is brilliant too, they’re always there when you need them. I love the modern look and feel of Starling and it’s certainly a disruptor in the world of banking. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Would never go on holiday without one!

Had never heard of starling until Martin Lewis referred to it on his website. We (family) all applied after reading the reviews for a card. Accepted exceptionally quickly, card arrived not long after. It was in the start a pain to load with cash but this has now been sorted. We used with no issues on our month long adventure and now using everyday back in the UK. I have recommended to friends and family who have all applied and are now using it as a current account. Simply Great

Starling Bank is great, easy to set up and maintain. They have a great attention to details and make it very easy to analyze your own spending. I love the "spaces" implementations and I can't wait for them to open the EUR accounts too! I think I might switch to them completely as soon as they do. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
