Excellent service

I am a new customer and so far I've been blown away by the service Starling offer. And the fact that it's all online is the cherry on top! No schlepping into branches to sort something out. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Transparent banking made easy

Most traditional banks make simple everyday banking difficult - particularly if you have a full time job! Starling allows you to resolve issues much quicker and you don’t have to stand in a long queue for hours. It just gets done. No hidden charges or fees like other banks. Brilliant new bank for those who can cope with its focus on banking through a smartphone.

I have experienced no significant issues with functionality and the account is particularly valuable for enabling the customer to track spending in detail, plus for cost-effective use overseas (I maintain that it is the best of all the fintech accounts for use when abroad). The most streamlined service I have encountered.

Starling Bank make almost any action quick and easy without sacrificing security. I remember the pain of trying to navigate online banking with NatWest and HSBC. I am a forgetful person, so I lose my passwords on an embarrassing regular basis; Starling allowed me to resolve this issue without a trip to the local branch, and it took under a minute of my time. I can’t help but compare this to a similar situation with HSBC where it took a good while on the phone to even work out which piece of information I had misremember, due to a confusing error message. I am also impressed by the number of payment systems that they support; in fact, originally came to use Starling because they were the most well known UK bank to support FitBit Pay, which almost no UK banks support and has made small transactions a breeze for me. I really have no major complaints about Starling, which is far more than I can say about any other bank I have worked with. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Welcome to the 21st century banking! I love the fact that thy put te costumer atvthe center of what they do. The user experience of the app is simple and intuitive. Above all, I like the fact that they value transparency in what they do and how they communicate. That builds trust with costumers! Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
