Clarity and ease of use means a 10 from me

I love this bank. The apps amazingly simple to use. Categorised spending which means you can see how much your spending and on what. Helps with budgeting as you can easily see the balance Ability to set up payments and transfer money easily Can close the card which is great if your out at night or abroad Good customer support although I’ve only needed to contact once which is a testament to how good they are. Best bank I have ever used

I couldn’t believe how easy it was , and the app help you save with your spaces , you don’t receive a load of paper through the post which is great just your debit card which is all you need , banking made easy that’s what everyone needs . Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

A no hassle bank account

High street banks offer you wonderful gimmicks and over a period of time these fade and your left with just another money grabbing business, but Starling, is a no fuss get on with it bank that puts the account holders first, with great customer services there 24/7 for you Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Smooth and effective

The app is very user friendly and I have found that I can do day to day banking tasks very quickly. I have never had a problem with paying money in now with post office integration. Great for travelling abroad also. Smooth linkage with joint current account to move money easily. Love the timely communication about upcoming automatic payments so that I am never overdrawn. Easy to use and switch to

I wanted a current account that worked better with my lifestyle and my old legacy bank wasn't doing that or keeping up, so I switched to Starling. I was concerned that swapping current accounts would be difficult but the Current Account Switch scheme was so easy that I needn't have worried, especially as Starling kept me up-to-date throughout. I love the look and feel of the app, and my favourite part is the goals section, where I can portion off cash in my account so that it can't be spent as part of my normal use, unless I transfer it back, like a kitty. It makes it much easier saving for things like emergency vet bills, my next holiday etc. I also really like the personalisation available within the app, e.g how I can sign nicknames and pictures to my saved payees. I was worried depositing cash would be a struggle without physical branches but it couldn't be easier - I can go to any Post Office to do it, and there are more Post Offices than my old legacy bank had branches, which always had long queues. Best bank ever. Transparent fees, great for using abroad

I have HSBC, Halifax, Bank of Scotland accounts for years, I started Bank App with Monzo but Starling is far better, great for travelling with good exchange rates and no limits to use atm abroad. With the new euro account it reaches new limits. They even pay interest on current account. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Puts high street banks to shame

Since switching my current account from a major banking group to Starling, it just goes to show that the big high street banks are money grabbing systems who care nothing about individuals on the lower end of the salary scale. Starling have finally put my mind at rest regarding banking systems and made me realise that not all banks are out there to squeeze you dry. All the major high street banks can learn a lot from these guys but hopefully soon it’ll be too late for them to realise the huge mistakes they’ve made over the decades, in their treatment of those who struggle to survive on low salaries. I opened a starling current account and had it added to my apple wallet in less time it takes to boil a kettle! Fee free FX, credit interest, easy savings options and real time spend information via the intuitive app marks Starling apart from the incumbent banking offerings. The future of banking....
