Simplicity is bliss

It’s so refreshing to have amazing customer service with a bank. No sitting on hold for hours, everything is super quick and efficient on the app. Plus all my friends have card envy and want a little tourquois ninja in their wallet too. Banking shouldn't be this easy

Since opening my account I have used it as more of a secondary account, using it for putting a bit to one side where I can still access it at any time and during my travels where I get a better rate than at any exchange company or if I took it out of the atm from my normal bank account who would add a percentage per transaction plus a fee but with Starling you know it will cost you zero to access your own money. I've used the ridiculously easy loan facility over the Christmas period just as a back up and love how easy it is to pay it back before payments are due and can completely pay it off and only get charged interest for the time the loan has been active, so easy. And for all of the above it's there in the palm of your hand. Before I said Starling was my secondary account now it's becoming my primary. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

So quick, so easy

Chose Sterling Bank as I was looking for a bank that didn't charge overseas fees for ATM transactions. I was amazed how easy it was to set up the account and am very impressed with the design of their app. It has converted me to the whole idea of online banking without the need for a high street network.
