Straightforward, easy to use app. Foreign currency transactions and withdrawals without fees has been great for me. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Secured Banking at the touch of a button!

I was introduced to Sterling Bank by my Son and initially I had mixed feelings because I thought, how can I do my banking on an App without exposing myself to internet scams! I was so wrong. My son convinced me and I se it up on my phone and in no time, I realised how secured it was and a very real time banking. Everything I did appeared immediately on my phone. I went to America last July and I was able to use my Sterling account to get the best rate when withdrawing funds and moving monies around at the touch of a button! Wow! I was also in Africa and again, I was able to use my App having alerted the team I was in Africa and they sent questions to my phone to validate which I responded. The team are great too. They are very quick at responding, detailed and professional always. You get the feeling they are always ahead of the game and looking at ways to protect you from crime. It’s flexible, you can create various savings plan at the touch of a button, convenient and now you can even bank cheques by sending it to a Freepost Sterling without writing anything else and it will be recorded in your account within 5 working days. Well done Sterling Bank and keep up the good work. I’ve already got the whole family using Sterling even my 16 year old is on it too! Bravo and well done. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Simple

Perfect simple easy banking

Since switching to sterling I have been able to manage my money better. Viewing where I spend my money and the category has allowed me to better manage my monthly finances. The app Is user friendly, intuitive and simple and having the transaction show straight away is just what is needed unlike other banks which can take weeks to show the transaction.
