I was a loyal customer of another High Street back up until recently, like most of the top banks, nothing had really changed with them since I joined over ten years ago. I had heard of Starling through Money Saving Expert and decided to open an account for a holiday I was planning. The simpleness, user friendly app based backing experience just blew me away! Transaction notifications, ability to store money away in spaces which were not a separate account, instant transfers and pending payments were all features of a bank that should exist in 2019! It's a bank of the future, in the present. As soon as I got home from my holiday I switched, and I'm never going back! Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Fantastic

It asks how likely I am to recommend Starling bank to another person, since finding them I have already got 5 of my friends to do the same, the app is so sleek and easy to use and everything you need is in one place. Fantastic!

I’ve never used an app based bank account before. Starling was recommended to me. I’m so glad I started using them. Easy to open the account, service is fantastic and the app is far superior to any of the high street banks. I currently do my main banking with Nationwide, but I’m now going to transfer everything to Starling. Keep up the good work! Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Modern, convenient bank

I have a personal and joint account with Starling Bank. The app is very intuitive and easy to use. I can manage both accounts quickly and conveniently. Their customer service number is 24 hour and I can easily pay in cheques with the Freepost option. Great bank! Keep doing what you do Starling. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Innovative banking

So simple

Banking made easy

Our daughter opened a Starling Bank account as she was setting off for international travel and recommended we open an account too as the process was so easy. I did, and I'm so glad as I've been able to set savings goals in the 'spaces' which is inspiring me to save and keeping track is so easy. My husband was going overseas for work, so he set up an account too. Payments are quick and easy to set up. Overall the best bank I've used. No complications, just easy!
