Simple setup, quick responses, brilliant bank

Have started an account to use with fitbit pay and I am loving the simplicity, the great app, the response times from Starling. Considering switching my main account here. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Does Things Others Can't

So easy to move my old account to Starling. Could monitor everything via the app. Able to use Google and Samsung pay which many other banks don't do. Many added features over a brick and mortar bank. I feel like I have complete control. Best features being added regularly. Easy to reach customer services who try hard to accurately and quickly deal with any issues. Best of all its free! Keeping it simple

Amazing bank

The bank, App, Features and customer service is top notch, gladly switched from a well known old school archaic bank and so glad I did! Most high street banks aren't changing for the better or keeping up with the times and improving their technology like the new technologies like this amazing bank, really simple to use and safe and convenient. Excellent service

I joined Starling in desperation having had bad experiences using online services with several other banks. Best decision I ever made. Their customer service is outstanding and the phone app has been extremely well designed - easy to use and enables access to all aspects of ones account. Cannot recommend Starling Bank highly enough. Game changing!

Honest moving to starling is one of the best things I have done. The app is so easy & user friendly and I am so much more away of my day to day spending. I love the instant payment notifications, setting up goals, rounding up spenidng to save to name a few features. And so obvious but having my card number in my phone is also just a well thought out part of the app. I genuinelly was aprehensive about moving to app only banking - but Starling is simply excellent!
