Great and easy to use account

I have been very impressed with Starling, it is easy to use, shows payments going in and out within seconds. I can ask friends for payments easily and it is very easy for them to pay me. Most important for me, international payments and withdrawing money when I am abroad as I am going to Germany regularly. It is so easy, I can see payments straight away and know exactly the total amount to be deducted (unlike other credit card / payment providers). Also, changes and updates to the app are being made regularly as well. All in all, a great experience. I am also trying the business account now and it was very easy to open /setup. Superb and innovative

Starling Bank is a bank the mainstream banks would love to be! To be able to pay money into my account via the Post Office is a huge bonus; more Post Offices than bank branch's, and also the effort that the people at Starling are trying to put in to please their customers is brilliant! Banking designed for me

Joining the bank and opening a current account online was probably one of the simplest and quickest online experiences I’ve ever had. I like the app, it’s really simple to use and I like the “Goals” section within the app that allows you to compartmentalise your working money and your savings. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Easily the best and most efficient bank available!

I can’t imagine my life without Starling now I have both a personal and business account with them and will never change. I love the no abroad fees - it has saved my life. The customer service is the easiest and best team and process I have ever encountered - and not just within the banking industry. The process of daily banking and setting it all up is a dream. Innovative bank for the online generation

We had this account recommended to us by friends as we’re we’re going abroad for a holiday & there were no additional charges - but it soon became addictive & we both have retained accounts (with my husband moving his main account). It’s easy to ring fence savings, move money between us & others & they are constantly improving the service even in the relatively short time we have been with them. For the phone generation (I include myself at the age of 48 in this!) it really does help to make life that bit easier!! Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
