Best Bank I've ever been with

Never had any problems with starling, always had first class customer service and love the constant app updates. I use it as my main account, even closing my Barclay's account! Reviewed on: 8th February 2019

Best banking experience so far

Love it!

I came across starling bank slightly randomly, being someone who is definitely not in to mobile banking but since my first experience of setting up my account to my day to day banking transactions I could not fault it. I tell everyone I can about starling - it is fab and I particularly like the great customer service team, the free international transactions and of course the interest on a current account! Simple but effective!

This account was so easy to set up, I didn’t have to talk to anyone, I can bank 24 hours a day. It is so easy to make transfers, they move all my direct debits and standing orders over so quickly, it was brilliant! The live chat service saves me having to hold on the phone for ages. For someone with a busy job and no fixed lunch break, often finishing work after normal banking hours, this has been a lifesaver. I also love the roll up change service. Thanks Starling! excellent and quick service

the transfer of funds from one account to an other is real quick . so are the faster payments , which are much quicker when compared with other leading banks. Reviewed on: 8th February 2019

Simple and works!

I've chosen Starling Bank because they don't charge for overseas transactions. I've never understood why banks are allowed charging customers for using the safest method of payment, particularly when going abroad. And here they are, fuss free, simple and it works! Reviewed on: 8th February 2019
