A modern way to bank

I don't believe any bank has yet revolutionised the banking industry but it's great to see these new challenger banks shaking up traditional ways of operating. Everything just works!

I’ve tried Santander, hsbc, nationwide, Tesco, and monza- they all had missing features or unintuitive user interfaces which caused me frustration. Starling is fast, slick, helps me save money, helps me figure out where my money goes, and keeps me informed. It is putting other banks in the uk to shame Reviewed on: 4th February 2019

Finally a bank that's on our side

I love the notifications that Starling offers of incoming /outgoing payments. When I get a payment saying that a direct debit is going out tomorrow I can make sure I have enough money in the account for it...goodbye unauthorised overdraft fees. Reviewed on: 4th February 2019

Helpful app to plan my finances

I love the spending insights and goals feature. It shows me clearly how much on each category e.g. groceries, eating out. The goals feature helps me save. I love the layout on the app as well. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2019

Great feature set and zero friction

The new wheel

I have used many banks over the years, by far Starling has been absolutly amazing, customer service available 24\7 and very short queues. They have saved me from my card being cloned, pay interest, overdraft facilities, instant notification of transaction, instant management of standing orders and direct debits.
