Great account, no unfair charges

Love the instant notifications on the app the fairer overdraft fees (only interest) and being able to use the debit card abroad with no extra charges. My experience with customer service team has been good overall, well done Starling! Reviewed on: 18th January 2019

Great bank to use daily and learn your spending behaviour

I wish I could also access it from my laptop.. But a part of that I'm very happy with the account. They pay interest on the money you have monthly (0.5 which is little...but my high street pays zero!) App is sleek and beautiful. Everyone has time for real-time

A modern mobile bank for the modern digital age. Gone are the days (and days!) of 'pending' transactions over the weekend so you have no idea how much money you've actually got. No more horrible flimsy 'card readers' to authenticate with. The whole experience has been frictionless for me so far, and I feel like I'm along for the ride already. Cheers Starling, keep it up! Easy to use

Brilliant. Been using them a little over a month. No issues. Everything is very clear, nice and easy to open the account. Arranged overdraft fees have such small charges. Love that everything all notifications and everything are in actual real time. The interest earned I've also found is actually better than the high street banks. The only reason I still have my high street bank is the blue rewards, coz I basically get 3 quid a month for nothing from them. Would have moved fully to starling I'd it wasn't for that. But I just get my blue rewards and move almost everything to starling because it is just better and easier to use Reviewed on: 16th January 2019

Banking with ease

My Starling Bank account is the best account I have ever had. Initially opened as it was rated best for people going on holiday and being able to continue daily life as usual with regards to payments, withdrawing cash etc, I now use this account for everything. In this busy, busy life we are all leading now, to not have to stand in a queue in the bank or jump through hoops when trying to speak to someone at “internet banking” is so refreshing. Customer Service is far superior to any other and issues have been resolved in a super speedy manner and all whilst continuing to work. SImple changed my whole outlook on banks

Having a bank that works, has morals and ethics and doesn't charge the earth for everything you do I thought was a pipe dream until I tried Starling Bank. I was sceptical at first, no branches, mobile-only.... but have now made the switch to using it as my main bank. With zero fees for using the card abroad, cash or purchases, minimal overdraft costs, great customer service there simply isnt a bank on the high street that comes close to Starling.
