I have been with Starling Bank for quite a while now, I first opened a current account with them and have been excellent from day one and I have since opened a business account with them and again have been excellent. I love how easy it is to pay money in and the features on the app are superb. 100% recommended Reviewed on: 13th January 2019

Made life a lot easier.

Best app based bank ive found so far.

Working in the financisl services myself, i found my existing bank need to catch up to starling in terms of onboarding and account managability. The app is seemless and the spaces for putting money away is excellent. Love that its functionaluty overseas is just so easy. Im not keen on the colour of the card but my child loves it. Superb

Opened a starling account to use on holiday last year. No charges for using atm abroad and MasterCard exchange rates which are one of the best. Notification sent to your phone before you have the card back in your wallet telling you what you've withdrawn or spent in both currencies. Liked it that much I switched from my 25 year old account from bank of Scotland. Reviewed on: 13th January 2019

An account as it should be in 2019.

I moved my bank account of 38 years almost entirely on my mobile phone whilst eating my sandwiches at lunchtime. There was one minor hiccup in the auto switch but that was an issue with my previous bank. Other than that my Starling account is perfect. In truth I’ve not had cause to phone them so couldn’t say anything about that kind of service. That in itself I think says a lot. Never in any financial services product I’ve ever had has the blend of technology, customer ease and simplicity been so apparent. Thank you Starling Bank. Reviewed on: 13th January 2019
