Brilliant

Easy use and full control

The visibility of finance is very good. Also using goals to save for holidays or other things is so handy. The newly introduced round up is very handy to slowly put small bit away without effecting big savings. Reviewed on: 11th December 2018

Not there yet, but...

Perfect product for all possible needs of today's world. I'm with Starling not long enough to judge it completely, but comparing it to other companies, I admire them. Will stay with them for sure.. Reviewed on: 11th December 2018

Best bank by a mile

They have the easiest bank to use in the country. I love being told when a payment is received or taken. I feel like I’m in control of my money!! It is mine after all. Reviewed on: 11th December 2018

Easy, friendly, thoughtful banking

Since joining Starling in May 2018, I have found the bank to be pleasant in its setup processes; anything from creating an account to taking out a loan. The app is user friendly and makes it easy to identify where money is being spent each month. The control it provides over the banking card in allowing you to block, disable and re-enable certain functions at will has helped me in times where I fear I have lost my card, only to have found a day or so later. It has an API that allows for easy integration with third party apps, such as Moneybox, and provides constant and meaningful updates to the banking app with emails to follow up on whats new. I have since used the CASS service to switch all of my direct debits to Starling and now use this card as my daily driver. So far this Bank has been recommended to 4 of my friends, all of which have signed up and have given the similar feedback. Reviewed on: 10th December 2018

Easy to use mobile bank with convenient customer service

When I choose a bank, convenience is really important to me. Features are important to me too, but when an issue comes up with a banking feature, if it's not convenient to speak to a customer service representative immediately after I experience the issue, then I feel it takes away from the experience. Starling is amazing for a small bank. Everything is right at my finger tips, including customer service that I can call or message instantly. All my banking details are right there on my phone, and I know exactly when and where all my money is going instantly without having to worry about secret hackers. It means I can walk around worry-free about where my money is. Reviewed on: 10th December 2018

Helpful and Easy!

So so useful, helpful that you can track your money and are always feeling in control. Capable of capping your own card, and rely on nobody but yourself! Amazing that you can put money into little pockets to prevent spending unnecessarily. AMAZING Reviewed on: 10th December 2018
