Excellent Service and Modern Pragmatic Ideas for today's customers needs

I joined Starling Bank about two months ago and I have been very impressed with the service it provides and I use it here daily and I have used it abroad too. . It appears a modern bank. Greatest banking ever!

Love Starling bank, my son introduced me to it I was a bit sceptical at first but now it's fantastic I can keep any eye on what I've spent and have left! I don't have to wait days to be notified it's left my account in a flash the notification is there Reviewed on: 9th December 2018

They are really excellent

the best mobile-only challenger bank out there.

Being 100 percent mobile-only bank is a great step and is very convenient for me as I can do all my bank works just staying at my home. The best part is I can edit my contact details and home address all by myself and can get to contact the customer service team 24/7, whether by a phone call or chat. Get it!

I love this bank! The app is so easy to use and contains all the information you could ever want. It even has IBAN codes for international banking, which you normally have to ring your bank to get. The card itself arrives quickly and was nicely packaged. It is great for spending money aboroad. No paying to use your own money like with other banks. Basically, everything just works. Ahead of the curve

Easy to set up, innovative, great app. I like the way you can freeze your card rather than cancel it and it also lets you know as soon as money is spent. Makes me much less worried about fraudulent use as I will be notified and can freeze the card rather than find out when my account had been emptied. Also useful for budgeting when they categorise your spending. I spend time abroad and the exchange rate is fantastic. Haven’t found a downside of having their account yet.
