Simple, easy, straightforward

Joining Starling is quick and painless. Using the app is so easy and the addition of a 'goals' section makes saving very easy. My card arrived quickly which was great. It is also contactless. On the one occasion I have contacted the customer service team I received a quick and helpful response. Money paid in or out of the account happens instantly meaning whatever your balances says, that's what you have to spend. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Keeps me in control easily.

My favourite features are : I can immediately see what & where I’ve just spent money. Made even easier with new iPad landscape view. If I mislay my card I can put a stop on it instead of cancelling it and getting a replacement. No charges for using abroad. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Brilliant 21st Century Banking

Up to date app that shows what you’re spending, when you’re spending it. Able to use your card abroad at mastercard exchange rate without fees. Who needs a branch when you can use the post office to withdraw and deposit money? Brilliant, free banking. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Simplicity done right

The bank operates a mobile app in which you can perform functions, such as creating savings goals to reach, that other banks are yet to implement, making it easier to save money by visibly seeing your progression towards a target. Additionally, by the bank categorising where you have spent your money each month, it enables you to make better decisions when making transactions and be able to identify sectors where you could cut back on spending throughout the month.
