Banking as it should be

I heard about Starling Bank quite by chance and thought I would give them a try. From the very first instant they have been tremendous. Setting up an account was a doddle and they were with me all the way. I was going to give them a three month trial before switching to them but I have been so impressed that the big switch will happen very soon. This bank is so innovative, so full of brilliant ideas and so customer focused. Simply brilliant and leaving other banks standing. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Love it.

I love it. For home and abroad. Easy to monitor spending through instant notifications. Easy to create many savings goals, without having to open up additional savings accounts. Not only do you have the ability to turn your debit card on and off, but you can restrict different types of transactions. Spending on my debit card abroad means I get the wholesale rate of exchange. Also, you can draw up to £300 a day from an ATM when abroad. No other bank matches this. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Number 1

My journey started with a cursory trawl around the internet. I stumbled on Starling by accident. I thought I'd apply. The rest is history. The presentation of the debit card was one of sheer beauty. I just had to show everyone. I took it slowly at first keeping my Lloyd's gold account open. I've transferred my salary directly into my Starling account. My wife has now joined and now as you can transfer joint accounts bye-bye Lloyd's as from January that's it. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Best bank ever!

I've suffered through a lot of banks (HSBC, Barclays, NatWest and also Lloyds), and after switching to Starling it's like a breath of fresh air!
