From start to finish ( I switched) starling have been great. I was initially a little apprehensive about an app only bank. But the app is great, so easy to use and see what you have spent at a glance. Every little tweak they have done to the app has simply made my banking experience, better and easier. Starling is a fabulous bank. I love all the little things they do differently to the high street banks that make my life easier. Starling Bank provide everything I need from an online bank for someone on the go. Digitally savvy and innovative too. I admit the lack of cheque processing and paying in money has, at times been frustrating, I can’t say I’ve really needed it that much to feel disadvantaged. Very happy with Starling Bank.
