Easy to use, amazing customer service and unbelievably brilliant

I have been with Starling for at least half a year if not longer. Been with multiple banks in the past. starling, although still fresh, is a 10 steps ahead of the older rivals. Reviewed on: 7th November 2018

Life Changing

As an adult I truly don't feel I felt any control over managing my money or trust in banking institutions until I found Starling! I don't see myself ever leaving, they are a true gift and I feel a role model on a modern company being run well as well in a cross industry sense. Their customer service and communication and relationship building with their customers is incredible. Honestly they are the only company I would ever bother noticing they are up for an award and filling this in for. Reviewed on: 7th November 2018

Excellent banking experience.

I couldn’t be happier with my starling account, the app works flawlessly and they keep releasing new features quite often. I’ve now switched completely from my previous account, and can already tell the difference in my budget management. Reviewed on: 7th November 2018

spot on service and ease of access with no rip off charges associated with so many other bank accounts

the mobile app works really well in conjunction with the atm card. allowing you to keep control and monitor when and where you paid for things and how much you paid for them. I left home the other day without my wallet. filled up with petrol and realised I was able to pay using the mobile app perfect!!! Reviewed on: 7th November 2018

Perfect

It’s very simple and clean to create or move an account. Unlike traditional banks, spending can be monitored in a far better way. Moving money or splitting a bill is dead simple. Reviewed on: 7th November 2018
