Poor customer service

Relative to other fintechs - Starling is way behind its peers on customer service. Takes ages to get a response - and nobody else I know uses a starling account so you have no network effect making it easier to transfer money to friends for example. Reviewed on: 9th November 2018

So easy to use

Starling has just been the smoothest and easy to use banking service ever. Everything is done rapidly and clearly, and the app provides lots of insight into spending, and has real-time notifications of spending. The Marketplace has started to provide additional services, and hopefully this will grow in the coming months. But it allows Starling to focus on making their app and current account great, and they are! Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Real innovative bank

Really love Starling, whish they were more popular. Love the interest paid on balance, pin reminder in the app, the app itself is amazing, the spaces where I can save for a specific goal and also the option to request money and pay to friends and family.
