An outstanding experience - from opening the account, onboading, functionality, usability, CX, CS and design. My specific, personal user case testimonial - I spent three months abroad and loved not getting ripped off with over-inflated, money-making, unfair charges that you get from traditional high street bank. No compromise bank!

You guys saved me from my Danske account locking me out of my money when I was in Canada 2 weeks ago. I couldn't thank you guys enough for the no foreign transaction fee and the security controls of my starling card. Now I am completely converted to your bank and I hope that you continue to deliver the same top tier quality for years to come. Poor customer service

Relative to other fintechs - Starling is way behind its peers on customer service. Takes ages to get a response - and nobody else I know uses a starling account so you have no network effect making it easier to transfer money to friends for example. Reviewed on: 9th November 2018

So easy to use

Starling has just been the smoothest and easy to use banking service ever. Everything is done rapidly and clearly, and the app provides lots of insight into spending, and has real-time notifications of spending. The Marketplace has started to provide additional services, and hopefully this will grow in the coming months. Real innovative bank

Really love Starling, whish they were more popular. Love the interest paid on balance, pin reminder in the app, the app itself is amazing, the spaces where I can save for a specific goal and also the option to request money and pay to friends and family.
