Reassuring when you are worried about security.

Easy to contact. I had a problem with a scam, money taken fraudulently from my account. It was only a small amount, but I worried they may come back for more. I contacted Starling and the handled it very professionally and reassured me my money was safe. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Such a truly refreshing banking experience and so, so, much better than the traditional high street competitors. Such a simple but entirely customer centric product which I cannot rate highly enough. Review of Starling Bank

Since moving my account to Starling in November 2019 I have found it to be an absolutely excellent bank. It has just about everything I would want from a bank with the ability to freeze and unfreeze my bank card to increasing or decreasing my contactless limit multiple online debit cards saving spaces the ability to pay direct debits from saving spaces and the ability to tailor make bank statements. The app is easy to use, and the spaces feature help manage and monitor where my money goes. Transfers are fast and efficient. I also get prompts to confirm transactions before they are authorised. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Best bank

Starling is the best bank I have come across so far in the UK, both from a tech and customer service standpoint. The app is built in a way that makes it extremely easy and convenient to use and every time I need assistance I am able to interact with a human being in short order.
