Would not reccommend

Had a horrible experience trying to sign up for Starling - customer service staff were so unhelpful. Got an account at Monzo, which is great!! Reviewed on: 9th February 2018

Pleasantly surprised!!

From joining to receiving my card to being able to activate it in app everything very smooth and leagues ahead of most high street banks. And the presentation of the card was awesome Reviewed on: 8th February 2018

Blown away.

. I opened a starling account initially out of curiosity at how it would be different from my existing banks services. After applying on a Saturday afternoon, being verified within 24 hours and having my card by Wednesday I knew this was a big deal. The app is amazing. The live chat service prompt and helpful when needed. Needless to say, I've switched to Starling. My legacy bank account remains there unused on the off-chance I might need them in future. Recommended (with some small reservations)

The app is excellent and the day to day usage is far more advanced than the old style banks, unfortunately this is currently let down by an awkward procedure to deposit cash which requires persuading a teller in NatWest to take the deposit on their behalf. I would give 5 stars if they would implement the promised deposits/withdrawals via Post Office counters. Reviewed on: 6th February 2018

Simple, so flexibleand a very cometetive instant access credit interest rate.

I bought the product mainly to use when travelling abroad. Have used it extensively worldwide and have been really impressed with the simplicity of the card, its acceptability for even lowvalue transactions and the notificatins after use, Given the obscene and outrageous charges applied by the mainstream banks the Starling Bank card is godsend. Great service. Great features. Great bank.

The CS team have been really helpful and quick to respond to any problem. The app and features are constantly evolving. The latest feature - Goals - saves me money on not having to use a budgeting app any longer. Fee free foreign transactions. And Apple Pay too. Only been going since May, so very impressed indeed.
