Terrible experience!

This bank has proven itself so incompetent that I think spending time in Auschwitz would have been a much more pleasant experience than having Starling as my bank! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2018

Starling bank is the perfect solution to the unacceptably slow rate of innovation by traditional banks. It has everything I need and it's all accessible in a well thought out app. I can't wait to see what partnerships come out of that marketplace and I am very excited about the upcoming connected accounts option. Awesome mobile only bank

The whole experience of opening a current account and using it every day has been outstanding. If I’ve had any queries, in app customer services have responded and sorted it within the day. Have recommended and manages to get at least 6 people signed up and they’re loving Starling Bank too! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2018

Slick, Simple, Modern

After reading reviews about app only banks I questioned the potential.. Not any longer. Starling is easy to use, setup and if there's a problem I'm not left holding for days like I am with my legacy bank. Starling will become my main account shortly. Thanks guys, keep up the great work! Fast and Innovative service with friendly support

StarlingBank is an amazing banking service that offers features that no other bank offers, I have been blown away by not only the support but the simplicity of having features such as being able to lock my card. Innovative product

I'm very happy with the starling offering. In particular savings goals has made it very easy to manage money. I have a goal for each irregular expense that happens once a year, once a quarter or even some that are every 12 weeks. Instant transaction notifications have also made it very easy to use money from savings goals to cover expenses and it makes it immediately obvious what I have spent . Reviewed on: 22nd January 2018

A great comany culture fostering a fantastic banking product!

Brilliant for budget and travel

I have used my card in France, Singapore, Australia and Japan. No issues with using the card abroad anywhere. I love thst i csn keep track of what im spendi g and budget appropriately. All the i formation is on my phone and its always converted to pounds so I don't have to be a maths genius to work out the exchange rate. Reviewed on: 21st January 2018
