Rattling the chains of old banking

Refreshing approach to one stop seamless current account banking. Just needs joint accounts for the other 2 stars. Reviewed on: 20th January 2018

Proactive and reactive

Love the roadmap that the team have and what they are aiming to achieve however I think I love them more for the small tweaks they are willing to make based on user feedback. The adjustments to the IOS payment screen and the logo improvements seem to have stemmed from user feedback- what other current account in the market can you actually see an enhancement that you have asked for and also in the matter of months. Excellent

An excellent current account, with few to little fees. I feel like I'm helping to build a banking product and my feedback on the product is genuinely listened to and implemented into the product. Finally a bank that actually listens to what it's customers want! Reviewed on: 19th January 2018

How Banking should be

Fully functional mobile app with great feature and benefits. Everything from the initial easy sign-up through to a fast, flawless account switch service has been perfect. Instant push notifications for all transactions and fast payments have all been great. Free FOREX transactions and Goals features are wonderful additions. Reviewed on: 19th January 2018

On boarding a breeze, customer support instant.

Can’t complain about Starling Bank. They make you reimagine what a Bank these days is supposed to be, and you realise quickly that the old players have a lot to learn when it comes to the way people want to handle their money in the 21st century. Starling made the experience right from downloading the app to the fancy packaging of the debit card so smooth and easy and the usability of the platform is so good, beyond that offered by the traditional banks who seem to have built their online banking on top of decades of clunky systems. Revolutionary full scale banking
