A refreshing change

After over 30 years with Lloyd’s I grew tired of their charges, lack of customer service etc, so switched to starling. They’ve been fantastic right from the start, their app is amazing and instant and helpful customer service where they don’t make you jump through hoops to get the answers. Changing the world!

I’d been with my previous bank for more than 9 years, however since signing up to Starling Bank it’s changed how I think about my money massively. The instant updates are so clever and I’m surprised this isn’t common practice now. The ‘Goals’ features give me the ability to actually start saving money for the first time ever. I’ve also just come back from Berlin and it was the first time I’ve not had to carry about Euros and not worry about massive charges! Absolutely perfect, I tell everyone I know about it. Human banking, from an app.

One of the biggest things that sets Starling apart from its competitors, is the ability it has to bring a human touch to a piece of software. Not only do they have a great product, where you can keep an eye on your spending, earn interest on your cash and easily set money aside for the inevitable rainy day, they have a great team. They are bringing the human side back to banking, something I never thought an app would do! Reviewed on: 17th January 2018

Just superb!
