Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

I have been very happy with Starling

My experience with Starling has been very smooth, efficient and stress free so far. I feel passionate about them being a green bank and this was a big decision to move to them. Their app is super helpful and functions really well. I have everything I need and find it very intuitive and easy to use. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Simple to use and for everyday use, it’s perfect.

It's a real shame, genuinely.

It's a real shame, genuinely. They've gone from the best bank by far (in fact, the best customer service and experience I've ever had) to some of the worst. They've allowed fraud to happen on my account and they have taken two weeks to do anything about it and that only happened because I started ringing them every hour. It's been absolutely ridiculous, unbelievable and I am so disappointed. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
