Excellent banking

Starling is so efficient and quick to respond. I left my imy previous bank HBOS due to poor customer service. I am so pleased I moved. I feel valued as a customer with Starling. It reminds me of an American bank with such good customer service. Their security is so reassuring. They do not over communicate but are there if needed 24 hours a day. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

At last, a bank that actually cares.

I’ve held a bank account that I’ve managed myself since I’ve been about 12 years old. Over 30 years. This is the first bank that I can honestly say cares about their customers. It’s been so simple running my account and someone is always there to answer my queries and respond. Everything is easy to understand. I cannot recommend Starling enough and always feel as if I’m a part of a very special club when I see the turquoise card in a stranger’s hand!! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

More than just a bank

My daughter recommended the bank to me and once I joined I recommended it one. It’s safe, easy to use and amazing to be able to have spaces to save money where you can see easy at a glance. A bank which is more than just a bank. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Safe banking

Since joining starling I have full secure access to my account. Always notified about any activity gives me total peace of mind about security on my account which I didn't get with RBS who often made mistakes and even emptied my account on 2 occasions without notifying me....that was the reason I joined Starling and have never been happier with my banking. Excellent bank, easier to communicate with than most brick and mortar companies, any time I’ve had an issue (usually myself being goofy) they’re there guiding me through within minutes, app actually works (!!!) consistently (!!!!) and is well designed to perform all necessary banking without going back and forth between app, phone website etc, everything I’d expect and more packaged and delivered beautifully Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
