I joined starling way back in the early days, and I've never looked back. 100× more helpful than traditional banks, starling customer service is second to none and they make everything so easy! From joining, through downloading the app, through paying in cheques, drawing cash abroad, paying by card or phone/ contactless, to seeing and being alerted to transactions, balance and all the rest, it’s just really simple and secure and easy. For 2 years I ran Starling alongside my (up till then) traditional current account, but now it’s my main account and the other one will be closed. Really good experience all round.
