The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Banking done perfectly

A great online bank with excellent KYC processes, brilliant and informative app and an excellent range of services. Being able to link a Sterling and Euro account and benefit from the actual exchange rate when spending makes a huge difference. Well done. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Starling Bank is the best Bank !!

I have nothing but gratitude for this Bank .I use to Bank with Barclays for over 29 years with their bad customer service !Starling has proven me wrong that Banks are there to support normal citizens needs!I have closed my Barclays to join Starling for good and not looking back on it at all!
