I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best bank by far

I started my banking with starling nearly two years ago and I now have my partner banking with them, my daughter, her partner and their business account. Such a refreshing change to have helpful staff. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

'Spaces' A Game Changer

The 'Spaces' feature is like having direct debits within your bank account, without having to worry about going overdrawn. All my yearly bills are saved within 'Spaces' and it's reassuring to know the money is there when I need it. It's very flexible and easy to set up individual amounts to add to 'Spaces'. Starling is very easy to navigate, with no fluffing about. Notifications submitted when money is going in and out of account. No paperwork to get mislaid. Everything online. Simple! I joined Starling after reading reviews for best debit card to use overseas,and I haven't been disappointed.Loads of little extras in the app including a breakdown of spending.No hesitation in recommending. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Amazing overall

Starling bank is handy and useful, I like how my card is veiwable on the app and that I can see everywhere my money has gone very easily. Notifications are great and security seems good so far, I cant fault the bank at all. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
